Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide and Vegetarian Coating [hypromellose (cellulose), calcium carbonate, glycerin]. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended Use: Take 1 tablet twice daily as needed. Take between meals or at bedtime with at least 8 oz. of water or juice to facilitate absorption.

Warnings: Take this product with at least 8 oz. of water or juice. For adults only. Not for pregnant or nursing women.
