Recommended Use: For long-lasting intensive physical performance mix a dose of 90g with 500ml of water. It is recommended to drink with more water. For short lower intensity sports activities or strength activities, mix a dose of 45g with 300-500 ml of water. Use maximum 4 doses (4 x 90g) a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use: 1 slightly heaped measuring scoop = ca. 30g. Stir the dose intensively using a shaker. Once opened, keep in a temperature not exceeding 25°C and use within 3 months.
