Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), L-Tyrosine, Flavourings, Green Coffee (Coffea robusta) Bean Extract, Caffeine Anhydrous, Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), Sweetener (Sucralose), Capsimax Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) Fruit Extract, Panax ginseng Root Extract, Nicotinamide, Colour (Brilliant Blue FCF), Methylcobalamin, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. Recommended Use: Take one daily serving (1 level scoop) of C4 Ripped, mixed with 175-250 ml. of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended daily dose and do not use continuously for more than 8 weeks. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
