Ingredients: Acidifier: Citric Acid; Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Acidity regulator: Sodium Hydrogencarbonate; Sweetener: Sorbitol; Flavour: Orange Flavouring; Colourant; Beetroot Powder; Zinc (Zinc-Citrate-3-Hydrate), Sweetener: Sucralose; Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Colourant: Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium.

Recommended Use: Adults and children aged 12 years and over. Take 1 tablet per day. Add to water. Dissolve in a glass or bottle of water. Leave to fizz for a great-tasting drink. Ideally take in the morning to get ready for the day. Replace cap when finished. Use only as directed.

Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take if you are pregnant, breast feeding or have kidney problems.
