- Red fermented rice - it contains Monacolin K. which is formed during its fermentation and is responsible for lowering bad cholesterol. It helps control blood cholesterol levels. This is due to Monacolin K. It inhibits the activity of the enzyme that regulates the amount of bad LDL cholesterol synthesised in the body. At the same time, it contributes to the maintenance and growth of healthy HDL cholesterol. A not insignificant prerequisite in addition to supplementation is a healthy, balanced diet.
- Coenzyme Q10 - naturally occurs in the mitochondria of human cells. The body produces this substance on its own, which resembles pseudo-vitamin compounds - it is essential for life, but does not always require additional supplementation.
Recommended intake is 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.
