The NOW Foods brand complex is a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin. These are essential for the proper development of connective tissue. It is found in tendons, cartilage, ligaments, among others.
The product includes, among others:
- Glucosamine - is mainly supplemented by athletes - especially those at risk of joint damage. This substance reduces the rate of connective tissue destruction and therefore delays the progression of osteoarthritis.
- Chondroitin - the natural building block of joint cartilage. A substance that is responsible for eliminating friction. It is often used together with glucosamine. Chondroitin is most often used by athletes, especially runners and weightlifters.

Ingredients: Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica and Vegetable Coating. Contains shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended Use: Take 2 tablets daily. Due to the size of tablet, take with 8 oz. of water or other beverage.
