Explore Essential Amino 9 - a dietary supplement from Rule One in Sour Watermelon flavour. It is a blend of nine EAA amino acids in the form of a powder to be dissolved in water. One pack contains 30 servings and each serving is only 10 kcal. On the product label, you can read that it is, among other things, a supplement to support muscle regeneration.
But what are EAA amino acids? They are a group of essential amino acids that include arginine, phenylalanine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. In addition, among these compounds are BCAA amino acids, i.e. those that have an aliphatic side chain in their structure. These include leucine, valine and isoleucine. Also appearing in the Essential Amino 9 formulation is chloride, which helps maintain proper digestion by producing hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
