What ingredients make up this product? These include a variety of amino acids, niacin, creatine anhydrous, creatine monohydrate and rhodiola rosea extract. While some pre-workout supplements contain a large amount of caffeine, it is not so important with this dietary supplement, as there are only 83.325 mg of anhydrous caffeine per serving. Niacin (vitamin B3) present in this supplement contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism.
