Recommended Use: Use on training days only. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1 serving (1 scoop) of EVP-X. for their first few training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional scoop. Mix with 8 fl. oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed (2) servings (2 scoops) within a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may expierence a tingling sensations, which is attributed to beta alanine.

Warnings: Please do not use in combination with other dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or foods that contain or are considered stimulants. Always check the warning label before using EVP-X with other products. This product is strictly intended for use by healthy individuals 18-50 years of age. Do not use if pregnant, expect to become pregnant, or nursing. Do not exceed the recommended serving. EVP-X pre-workout matrix contains 200mg of caffeine per serving. Because of this do not consume Yohimbe, synephrine, caffeine or other stimulants from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda or other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Individuals who consume caffeine with this product or who are sensitive to caffeine may experience serious adverse health effects. Do not use for more than 8 consecutive weeks. Do not use for weight loss. Always consult with your physician before using EVP-X or any other dietary supplement product especially if you are unaware of your current health conditions or have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, kidney, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, recurring headaches, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking MAOIs or any other medications. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or expose to excessive heat. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
