NOW Foods' gluten-free, soy-free and GM ingredients-free complex is a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, potassium and sodium. It is recommended that four capsules of the supplement be taken daily - can be combined with meals.

The ingredients in this product include:

• Potassium - essential for transmitting electrical impulses from cell to cell - action potential and is responsible for maintaining normal electrical tension on cell membranes - resting potential.
