Suplement marki NOW Foods zawiera 120 mg ekstraktu z liści Ginkgo biloba, jednego z najbardziej znanych adaptogenów.
W skład produktu wchodzi:
- Ginkgo biloba – czyli miłorząb japoński, zmniejsza poziom kortykosteronu, hormonu stresu podobnego do kortyzolu. Roślina działa tym samym antystresowo oraz przeciwlękowo. Dzięki temu miłorząb obecnie zaliczany jest do grupy adaptogenów – substancji, które wspomagają odporność organizmu na stres. Wyciąg z miłorzębu japońskiego stosuje się także w celu poprawy funkcji poznawczych.
Dziennie zaleca się przyjmowanie jednej kapsułki (podczas posiłku).

Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
